WOMEN OF WORTH MAGAZINE CREATORS  

This Concept Came to Carolyn & Rosemary  following a People in Connection Lunch Event

    It is The Manifestation of A Vision that came to them at the same time from which they  looked into each other's eyes and said, "WOW!"

A Hairstylist, then a Highschool Teacher for many years, I had to deal with ALL kinds of negativity on a daily basis. I soon learned  when working in the service and educational industries it was not okay to "Lose It" in fact doing so could mean job loss. So I often had to rely on my sense of humor, clearing processes and creativity to make it through the day.

Later, I taught my techniques and new ones I picked up along the way       to my students, with positive results. (No more hair pulling in class).

  I have since retired and turned many of these coping skills into workshops (books, ebooks & audios) called, Art from the Heart Adventures, What Really, REALLY Bugs Me...sometimes, Removing YOUR Walls of Lack & Delay, DRAWING The Law of Attraction Into YOUR Life,  The LIGHTer Side of Venting Your Anger & Frustrations Away and  DeStress to MANIFEST, the latter offered as a Woman's Retreat twice a Year.

 In 2008, I became the Niagara Chapter Leader for People In Connection where I connected with Rosemary. It was at one of these meetings  that the two of us intuitively came up with both the name and concept for the Women of Worth Online Magazine. I believe the Angels brought us together to take on this project because we have struggled, transformed and succeeded just similar to women whom we celebrate in this magazine. 

 My mission is to inspire and empower others to look at their lives from  a Different, More Positive View. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing the light come on when someone discovers the WOW in their NOW.

 My life has been a 59 year journey to find my passion.

 It's never too late to follow your dream.  I've always felt the best when I've helped others, so my joy comes from watching someone benefit or grow from something I've helped them do, something I said or wrote to encourage and uplift them.

My journey has taken me through many paths in search of the allusive dream that would fulfill my passion.  In 2008 I had the opportunity to change "jobs" and begin the process of my passion with a wonderful magazine called What Women Want Plus More.  

 I thoroughly enjoy it, I love the selling, the contacts and relationship building that comes with selling and promoting the magazine.  I took the leap of faith and became the President and Publisher of What Women Want Plus More magazine.  It's almost 2 years now to follow this passion, see it through some challenging times, and see it transform into this wonderful magazine.  Now I have an extension of my passion with Women of Worth online magazine, and working with Carolyn who has been an inspiration to me.

My mission is to encourage, inspire, educate and inform women not only locally, but globally too!  My joy comes from helping others and I am grateful for the opportunities that have come before me to make this happen.
